Best Father's Day ever

My son Connor presented me with the COOLEST art book for father's day. Shadowline: The Art of Iain McCaig. I opened it up on the floor so we could look at it together. He was so excited, he started dancing around it and stepped on one of the pages, crumpling it up. Thank you, son.

Parks'n'Rec fan art

I did some quick, 1 hour sketches of some of the characters a while back and I thought it would be fun to go back and polish them up. I've been inspired by Mark Sinclair, one of the many talented guys I worked with at Ensemble and another amazing artist from cghub I recently discovered, Vincent Altimore.

My caricatures are not nearly exaggerated enough, but hopefully I can get out of my comfort zone a bit and push the features more and more with each one I do. I'll probably tackle Leslie Knope and Tom Haverford next and then maybe I can do some from "the office".

Bugbear Mercenary

I haven't had much time to work on stuff lately but managed to squeeze in a few hours here and there to make this image for the Robot blog. It's inspired by Jeff Murchie's bugbear concept from Demon Stone. Hope you guys dig it.
